Just email sales@figfy.io with "migration" in the subject and any information you can share about your current set up. We’ll schedule a call review your current setup, confirm eligibility, and start your migration plan.
How long does migration usually take?
Most partner directories are fully recreated inside Figfy within 3–5 business days. Larger or more complex setups may take a bit longer, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
What if I decide not to move forward with Figfy after the migration?
You’re free to walk away. No payment is required unless you continue using Figfy after the migration and onboarding period.
What happens after the free period ends?
Once your previous contract ends, we’ll start billing based on your selected Figfy plan. No surprises, we’ll review everything with you ahead of time.
Who is eligible for this offer?

Can I customize the look and feel of the directory?

How do you know when our existing vendor contract ends?
Simple. You'll tell us. 🙂 We’ll simply ask for a copy or confirmation of your current contract’s end date so we can align our billing. You’ll have full access to Figfy before then, but we won’t charge you until your existing contract expires.
