Why the change?

We wanted a name that better reflects our commitment to solving software implementation for software companies and their customers.

Implementation of software products is of course more than configuration but we think our new name communicates our aim to systematize software implementation such that it’s easily accessible to so many more software buyers.

Our flagship product remains our services marketplace platform, and we’re continuing to invest heavily to improve it. For example, we’ve added integrations with popular marketing automation and customer database tools, enabling customers to seamlessly incorporate partner implementation services into their lifecycle marketing and overall product experience.

We’re also doubling down on AI-powered tools that help software buyers quickly realize the value of our customers’ great software products—without needing to master every feature or navigate endless self-help documentation.

Ultimately, we’re here to make implementing powerful software, effortless. Same team, same hustle, same mission—now with a name that sticks!
